
Visma e-conomic chooses Promte as AI platform for customer service
From now on, e-conomics' 200,000 business customers will have access to a new option in the help center: "Ask our AI chatbot".
The chatbot is trained on content from the knowledge center and can therefore help with everything from creating invoices to handling credit notes.
So if the phone queue is long, the chatbot is ready to help in the meantime 😉
