Lindhardt & Ringhof (Egmont) chooses Applai as the AI platform for chatbots across their publishing sites
The publishers Alinea, Praxis, Akademisk, Carlsen and Lindhardt & Ringhof now each get their own specialized AI chatbot – powered by Promte.
The purpose? To make it easier and faster for customers to find the information they are looking for when they visit the publishers' webshops.
We are grateful for the trust Egmont shows us, and proud to be able to contribute to making the webshops of one of Scandinavia's largest media groups both smarter and more user-friendly.
