    How are messages counted?

    Applai keeps track of the number of messages sent to the AI chat.

    1 message in Applai chat is always 1 question from the user + 1 response from the chatbot.

    1 response from GPT-3.5 hosted by Applai costs 1 message. 1 response from GPT-4 hosted by Applai costs 1 message.

    How much data can I fill in a chatbot and how many characters do I need?

    You can load data up to the limit for each pricing package for chatbots on Applai Chat.

    Data loaded into a chatbot is measured in characters/letters in the text of the material loaded into the chatbot.

    As a reference, there are approximately 6,500,000 characters/letters in all seven Harry Potter books.

    The limit is for the entire workspace and not per chatbot.

    How many users can I share a chatbot with?

    If you make a chatbot public, you can share it with as many users as you want, for example, on a website or an intranet.

    So, you can share it with an unlimited number of users.

    Each pricing package has a limitation on how many admin users you can create. Admin users can edit a chatbot's appearance, data, and rules.

    How are my message credits renewed?

    Your consumption of message credits resets every month.

    What if I need more messages or more data?

    You can always upgrade your package under Account on Applai. If you only need more credits for a single month, you can purchase 500 message credits for 135€. These credits expire at the end of the month.

    If you generally need more messages, more data, or additional chatbots, you can contact us to learn more about our other packages.

    What is the cost of onboarding?

    You can choose to onboard yourself to our hosted solution—this is, of course, free. If you want to use Promte on-premises, onboarding typically costs 25,000 DKK, but it may vary depending on the complexity of your IT environment and data landscape.
