In the video, we discuss the ideas behind the app and our collaboration with Kalundborg Municipality.
With Promte App, employees can ask questions about intranet content, transcribe meetings and use translation when speaking with a citizen. The aim is to make AI accessible and approachable, so the tools become a natural part of everyday work.
Security is an important part of the conversation. Municipalities need to be able to decide where their data is processed and how the solution is deployed. Promte App can therefore be adapted to each municipality's needs, including an on-premises deployment within its own environment.
When Promte or a municipality develops something new, the ambition is for other municipalities to benefit too. Sharing solutions lets us build on each other's work instead of starting from scratch every time.
