    One app – all AI solutions

    You can now collect all your AI solutions in the same app.

    Kalundborg's Project Andrea has become the Promte App

    Promte app is a collection of AI tools in one app. We have developed a large number of functions that you get in the app, but you can also add your own developed functions to the app and share them with other municipalities. In this way, all new functions benefit as many municipalities as possible. The app works on mobile, tablet and PC. All functions in the Promte app can be set up in your municipality's cloud or on premises. See what you can do with the Promte app here:

    AI chat

    On the Promte app you will find a general AI chat, as you know it from ChatGPT or Co-Pilot. You can use it for text generation, sparring and image generation.

    Specialized AI assistants

    With Promte, you can build an unlimited number of specialized AI assistants that are trained on specific information. In this way, you ensure that the assistant only responds on the basis of the data you train it with. You can of course access all your assistants in the Promte app.

    Meeting minutes

    Promte Notes is our transcription and meeting minutes solution. With Promte Notes you can record and get minutes from your physical and online meetings. After your meeting, you automatically get the opportunity to chat with the transcription and create emails or documents based on the meeting's content.

    Search

    Find the document or article you are looking for faster with semantic AI searches for your website, intranet or subject system. With AI search, you can search for e.g. "ID" and then the AI understands that it must search for everything from passports to driving licenses. In other words, the AI understands the intention behind your search, instead of just finding the exact same keyword that you typed in the search field.

    Adaptation

    You can customize the Promte app with the municipality's own logo, and you can create links to intranets and professional systems. In this way, the app can become your overall gateway to the knowledge and data you need to access in your daily work.

    Custom

    You can integrate all the existing AI solutions you have into the Promte app. And if you think there is a function missing in the app, you can either ask us to develop it, or you can develop it yourself and share it with the other municipalities that use the app. In this way, all new functions benefit as many municipalities as possible. All functions in the Promte app can be set up in your municipality's cloud or on premises.

    An overall overview

    All your AI tools at your fingertips. Your municipality can set up the overview as they wish and integrate other AI solutions or links to other important tools.

    AI chat

    You can access your AI chat on mobile, tablet and PC. This general AI chat is good at helping you with small everyday tasks, such as preparing an email, proofreading or finding information in the documents you share with it - just as you know it from ChatGPT or Co-Pilot. The difference is that with Promte, your data remains within the EU and in the municipality's own IT setup.

    Specialized AI assistants

    If you need more subject-specific answers to your questions, the specialized AI assistants are ready to help you. You can easily switch between the different assistants that you have access to. And if you're on the go, you can of course also access your assistants on your mobile.

    Minutes of the meeting

    Set up the relevant meeting types, enter the technical terms you often use in your meetings, and then you are ready to have your next meeting minutes made with Promte Notes! After your meeting, an AI chat is also created, so you can ask about the content of your meetings and have it create emails or working documents based on your meetings - that was smart! If you're on the move, you can also use Promte Notes to record your ideas and save them as a note for later.
