Is that your next step?

The programme is for a department that wants to use Promte Chat for writing tasks. We build on participants’ experience and agree which tasks are suitable for training and practice.

  • Write and rewrite a draft for a specific target group.
  • Summarize a document and check the information against the source.
  • Build a common library of good instructions.
  • Rate answers for factual errors and lack of nuances.

Learning in practice

Three months from introduction to independent use.

The entire course is part of the first three months of the year. We add a baseline measurement and a joint improvement log from the start.

Month 1

Get started

We meet with management and the coordinator to select 2–3 examples of your writing tasks. We agree on objectives, access and the approach to the exercises.

Physical workshop · 3 hours

Write and rewrite a draft for a specific target group. We work with a concrete example and review the product's basic functions.

Webinar · 60 minutes

Summarize a document and check the information against the source. We pick up the first experiences and help with questions.

Month 3

Become independent

We train quality assurance and bring together experience in common guides and a plan for continued use.

Share good examples of writing tasks, and learn to transfer experience to new tasks.

Open Q&A session · 45 minutes

We take care of the last questions and barriers.

Final status · 60 minutes

Every month we meet with the coordinator for 30 minutes. We review barriers, responsibilities and next actions. Quarterly, we prioritise improvements and review product inputs with a Promte product manager.
