Is that your next step?

The programme is for a department that wants to use Promte Guardrails for rules for AI use. We build on participants’ experience and agree which tasks are suitable for training and practice.

  • Map the information that employees may share with AI.
  • Try rules on examples with and without sensitive information.
  • Examine erroneous blocks and overlooked information.
  • Agree on responsibility for exceptions, follow-up and maintenance.

Learning in practice

Three months from introduction to independent use.

The entire course is part of the first three months of the year. We add a baseline measurement and a joint improvement log from the start.

Month 1

Get started

We meet with management and the coordinator to select 2–3 examples of your rules for AI use. We agree on objectives, access and the approach to the exercises.

Physical workshop · 3 hours

Map the information that employees may share with AI. We work with a concrete example and review the product's basic functions.

Webinar · 60 minutes

Try rules on examples with and without sensitive information. We pick up the first experiences and help with questions.

Try it between meetingsTry the first task with Promte Guardrails, and note challenges and time usage.

Month 3

Become independent

We train quality assurance and bring together experience in common guides and a plan for continued use.

Open Q&A session · 45 minutes

We take care of the last questions and barriers.

Final status · 60 minutes
