OutcomePrioritised use cases and a pilot plan

Built around your product and your work.

For subject specialists and local enthusiasts who want to build focused apps, plus a manager or product owner responsible for needs and adoption.

  • Internal calculators
  • Checklists and simple overviews
  • Small tools for a single concrete task

We identify and prioritise opportunities. Development, implementation, production deployment and validated financial savings are subsequent activities, scoped separately.

From insight to next steps

One day to choose where to start.

6 steps · Open a step to see the details.

  1. Step 01Before the day · 45 minutes online

    Prepare the right questions

    Focus

We agree on scope with your coordinator and review available examples and data. Bring a concrete need and test data. Clarify the audience, data boundaries and who will assess access and maintenance before any operational use.

  2. Step 0209:00–10:30

    Map needs and opportunities

    Focus

Find app ideas that address a real need and can be tested on a small scale. Prioritise user value, simplicity, data needs and maintainability. We map recurring tasks, users and the current way of working.

  3. Step 0310:45–12:30

    Assess value and feasibility

    Focus

We assess frequency, effort, quality and user value alongside data, risks, dependencies and likely operating costs. Assumptions and missing evidence are recorded.

  4. Step 0413:00–14:15

Choose quick wins and a pilot

    Focus

We rank opportunities by value and implementation effort. One candidate for a quick win: Define a simple internal calculator or checklist using test data and no integrations as a first prototype.

  5. Step 0514:30–16:00

    Make the next step practical

    Focus

We describe the first pilot, ownership, success criteria and a 30-day starting plan. Pilot focus: One app idea with a brief requirements description, test users and clear criteria for whether the prototype should proceed to a pilot.

  6. Step 06After the day · 30 minutes online

    Follow up on the plan

    Focus

Within two weeks, we review the written recommendations and clarify your first steps with the coordinator.
