The programme supports your decisions and product understanding. Technical setup, organisation-wide policy work and team training can be scoped separately.

From insight to next steps

Four weeks with room to practise.

4 steps · Open a step to see the details.

  1. Step 01Week 1 · 60 minutes

    Your role and starting point

    Focus

Define which conversations suit AI interpreting. Agree how employees stop when uncertain and obtain a professional interpreter. We agree on your goals and choose one practical focus for the month.

  2. Step 02Week 2 · 60 minutes

Try it in your own work

    Focus

We review a concrete example together. Practise a synthetic conversation with short statements and turn-taking. Ask for key information to be repeated and assess understanding and the need for other interpreting support.

  3. Step 03Week 3 · 60 minutes

Give your team a clear framework

    Focus

We define expectations, responsibilities, quality checks and the support your team needs. Bring input from relevant colleagues where helpful.

  4. Step 04Week 4 · 60 minutes

    Decide your next steps

    Focus

We assess your experience and agree priorities for the next 90 days. We track understanding in selected scenarios, repetition needed, confidence and appropriate choice of interpreting format. Fewer interpreter bookings alone are not a quality measure.
