    How are messages counted?

    Promte keeps track of the number of messages sent to each chat.

    1 message to Promte chat is always 1 question from the user + 1 answer from the chatbot.

    1 reply from GPT-3.5 hosted at Promte costs 1 message. 1 reply from GPT-4 hosted at Promte costs 1 message.

    How much data can I fill in a chatbot and how many characters do I need?

    You can load data up to the limit of each price package for chatbots on Promte Chat.

    Data that is loaded into a chatbot is measured in characters/strokes in the text of the material that is loaded into the chatbot.

    As a reference, there is a total of approx. 6,500,000 characters/strokes in all seven Harry Potter books.

    The limit is for the total workspace and not per chatbot.

    How many users can I share a chatbot with?

    If you make a chatbot public, you can share it with as many users as you want, e.g. on a website or intranet.

    You can therefore share with an unlimited number of users.

    Each price package has a limit on how many admin users you can create. Admin users can edit a chatbot's appearance, data and rules.

    How do I renew my message credits?

    Your consumption of message credits is reset every month.

    What if I need more messages or more data?

    You can always upgrade your package under Account on Promte.
    If you just need more credits a month, you can buy an additional 500 message credits for DKK 1000. These credits expire at the end of the month.

    How much does onboarding cost?

    You can choose to onboard our hosted solution yourself - it's free, of course. If you want help with onboarding or want to use Promte on premises, onboarding typically costs DKK 25,000, but varies according to the complexity of your IT environment and data landscape.
