Webinar recording: From idea to live AI app without technical operations

The webinar was recorded on 05/03/2026

How do you go from a good idea to a finished AI app that can be used in everyday work? That was the question we focused on in our webinar about Promte, where we showed how organisations can build, host and share AI apps without having to handle technical operations themselves.

You can watch the recording from the webinar above if you want the full walkthrough.

In the webinar, we showed how Promte makes it possible to turn concrete needs into user-friendly AI apps. Instead of working in open chat fields, you can build apps with buttons, input fields and clear flows, making AI easier to use in practice. Examples include impact assessments, document summaries, recruitment, translation or interpreting solutions.

An important point in the webinar was that Promte gathers the technical building blocks in one place. Hosting, backend, AI models, user management and distribution to web and mobile are handled in the platform, so you can focus on the need, the users and the value of the solution.

We also showed how apps can be shared and reused through Promte's app library. Here, prebuilt solutions can be made available across organisations, so good AI solutions do not have to be built from scratch every time. As an example, we highlighted Kalundborg Municipality's interpreter app, which is built with the framework and made available in Promte.

The message of the webinar was simple: AI apps do not have to start as large IT projects. With Promte, organisations can quickly move from idea to prototype, and onward to a safe, live solution that can be used in practice.
