Is that your next step?

The annual programme is for organisations that will anchor Meeting Notes and provide a basis for gradual dissemination to several teams. You get a fixed rhythm to examine what works, test improvements and follow up on the results.

A regular rhythm for development

A whole year of direction and follow-up.

The first three months contain the entire course Promte in practice. From the beginning we add a baseline measurement, clear impact targets and a joint improvement log.

From gut feeling to insight

We follow the value of your efforts.

At startup, we select 3–5 targets to suit your purpose. We repeat the measurements on comparable meeting types and examine, for example:

Usage
The proportion of relevant meetings with Meeting Notes and the number of employees who use the product regularly.
Time spent
Active working time for setup, record writing, corrections and completion before and after introduction.
Quality
About essential information, decisions, responsibilities and next steps are reproduced correctly and clearly.
Experienced value
The employees' experience of documentation work, security and opportunity to be present in the conversation.
Follow-up
About minutes will be completed and available faster, and agreements are easier to work with.

We combine short questionnaires, time recording at selected meetings and professional evaluation of a small sample of minutes. User data is included where they are available; otherwise we use simple local registration.

The reports show data bases and uncertainties.

Your experiences are being heard

From everyday learning to product improvement.

We describe the specific situation, the importance for time, quality or use, and examine whether the solution lies in teaching, setting up, workflow or a product change.

During the quarterly reviews, you get the status of priority product input: under clarification, planned, under development, ready for testing or abandoned on grounds.

Concrete development deliveries and timings are agreed separately. Customer-specific product development is not included in the course's price.

We succeed together.

Promte's Responsibility

We organize the teaching, facilitate the work and prepare reports. In the annual programme we also follow measurements and product inputs throughout the year.

Your Responsibility

You appoint a coordinator, superusers and a responsible manager. The management ensures time for practice. The employees use the product at the agreed meetings and contribute to the evaluation.

Before we start

Access, necessary equipment and local guidelines must be in place. We choose suitable examples for teaching and evaluation. Human review of minutes is part of both processes.

The price covers the activities described for one team with the agreed number of participants. Product subscription, transport, possible accommodation, technical implementation, integrations and customer-specific product development are agreed separately.
