We held a Promte User Group meeting where we gathered users and partners for a walkthrough of the latest news in Promte, concrete demos and knowledge sharing across municipalities.

At the meeting, we first covered the latest product updates in Promte. Among other things, we presented Promte Chat, our alternative to ChatGPT, gathered in the same app as AI assistants, meeting minutes and AI search. We also showed our Teams integration, which was created thanks to input from Vejle Municipality and makes it possible to bring Promte closer to employees' daily workflows.
We also reviewed the work on Library, including a KLE assistant developed based on feedback from Gentofte Municipality. Gentofte Municipality has also created an assistant for the occupational injury area, which was highlighted as a concrete example of how local needs can be turned into useful AI solutions. We also talked about the integration with FirstAgenda and the new overview of assistants, which makes it easier to find, manage and work with the organisation's AI assistants.
An important part of the meeting was the good stories from the municipalities. Klaus shared experience with AlleTiders GPT from Roskilde Municipality, and Isabel talked about how Gentofte Municipality works with assistants in practice. Both presentations gave a concrete insight into how municipalities can move from idea to implementation and create solutions that support employees in everyday work.
Afterwards, participants went into breakout rooms, where ideas, questions and experiences were shared across organisations. That shared dialogue is a central part of the user group because it helps us develop Promte in close collaboration with the people who use the platform in practice.
Finally, we talked about upcoming events. We are participating in Digitaliseringsmessen, where we will be on stage together with Parthee, and we look forward to seeing many of you there. We are also looking forward to AI Festivalen in Gentofte. And we are very happy to visit similar events where there is interest in hearing more about how Promte can be used to make AI concrete, safe and useful in the organisation.
