The meeting was held on 27/02/2026
We held a Promte User Club meeting where we gathered users and partners for a walkthrough of the latest product updates, concrete demos and shared dialogue about how Promte can create even more value in organisations' everyday work.
You can watch the recording from the user club meeting above if you want the full walkthrough.
At the meeting, we began with the latest product updates in Promte. Among other things, we presented our browser extension, the work with videos, new options for assistant testing and the "assistant to assistant" function, which makes it possible to let assistants work together across tasks.
We also reviewed meeting minutes, insights and statistics, a Danish admin panel and the option to distribute assistants to groups via FK Adgangsstyring. Together, these functions are intended to make it easier to administer, roll out and follow the use of Promte in the organisation.
A central part of the meeting focused on AI Apps. Here, we looked at how organisations can move from idea to concrete AI solutions that can be used directly in everyday work. We also talked about the webinar on apps, where we go even deeper into how to build and share apps in Promte.
We also shared good stories from the municipalities. Klaus talked about work with assistant testing in Roskilde, and we showed Promte demos including a video bot in Gentofte. This gave participants concrete examples of how Promte is already being used to test new ways of working with AI.
Afterwards, participants went into breakout rooms to discuss what good apps could look like in their own organisations. We then gathered the ideas and discussions that came out of the rooms. This shared knowledge exchange is an important part of the user club because it helps us develop Promte closely together with the people who use the platform in practice.
Finally, we looked ahead and talked about some of the areas we are continuing to work on. These include the webinar about apps, Voicebot, Guardrails, workflows and Agent mode.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed questions, ideas and experience. We look forward to continuing the dialogue in the user club and developing Promte together with you.
