At the meeting, we began with the latest product updates in Promte. Among other things, we presented Promte Minutes, which makes it easier to structure meetings and gather the most important points, decisions and tasks in one place.

We also talked about the expansion of Promte's agent library, where several new preconfigured assistants have now been added. The purpose is to make it even easier for organisations to get started quickly with concrete AI solutions without having to build everything from scratch every time.

We also focused on MCP and integrations. This is about how Promte can be connected more closely to the systems and data sources that organisations already use in everyday work. Together with the browser extension and the Promte iPhone app, this is an important part of making Promte more accessible, whether the user works from the browser, mobile or directly in their own workflows.

A central part of the user club was the good stories from municipalities. Lennard talked about Vejle Municipality's collaboration with Gefion, and Rikke shared experience with Promte Search Field, which is now live on Gladsaxe.dk. Both cases showed how AI can move from idea and testing to concrete solutions that meet citizens and employees in practice.

Afterwards, participants went into breakout rooms where we discussed which specialist systems it could be interesting to retrieve data from, or send data into. The discussions provided valuable input on how Promte can support even more workflows in the future and create better connections between AI solutions and organisations' existing systems.

Finally, we looked ahead. Unfortunately, we had to announce that Promte's Big Christmas Show was cancelled due to too few signups. In return, new features are on the way, and we look forward to sharing more about them in upcoming user club meetings.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed questions, ideas and concrete experience. The user club is an important forum for us because it helps develop Promte in close collaboration with the organisations that use the platform in practice.
